First Floor:
Two living rooms, kitchen with a spacious pantry, two dining areas, and an additional guest bathroom.
Formal living room with fireplace & comfortable sitting area.
Second living room includes a large TV, comfortable couch and seating area, gas fireplace, and fold-out doors to patio & pool.
Large formal dining room which seats up to 10 for evenings of entertainment.
Built in office workspace
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and electronic appliances: 6-burner restaurant grade stove, large premium refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, pantry and bar. Breakfast table with 4 chairs, and pantry.

Second floor:
Spacious landing area with comfortable “sun-trap” window seating.
Master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, California King bed, beautiful balcony with two lounge chairs, two walk-in closets, sofa and TV. Bathroom with a deep bath tub, separate shower, and a double sink.
Two of the other three bedrooms include queen beds, and the final bedroom has one twin. Let us know if you need another bed and we are happy to provide a second twin for that room. All have closets and en-suite bathrooms.
Laundry room is also located on the second floor.

Outdoor:
Heated Pool and hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table with seating for 6, overhead string lighting and gas BBQ.

Gated front yard with a driveway accommodating 2 cars.

Nest Thermometers on each floor that are easy to adjust depending on your preferences.

Daily or weekly service of house cleaning is available for additional cost.

Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay.

Have fun whilst you stay in the “Beverly Hills” of the San Fernando Valley. Take the 3 block walk and cross footbridge to the LA river to arrive on Ventura Boulevard which boasts everything from great eateries to national retail chains and smaller trendy boutiques. Sushi lovers should check out “Sushi Row” – a throng of incredible sushi restaurants clustered in one area, with Katsuya, Asanebo and Iroha being must-visit establishments. If sushi is not your thing, Ventura Boulevard offers so much more. Enjoy the eclectic nightlife of Firefly, Laurel Tavern or Black Market Liquor, get the taste for lunch at Lemonade, Commoncy or Mendocino Farms, and enjoy a dinner experience at Granville, The Village and LALA’s grill. Then on Sunday morning hit the Famers Market from 10-2pm for wonderful, organic and fresh produce for you to cook at home.

Take Fryman Canyon for a hike that offers both those inexperienced and seasoned walkers, unparalleled views of Los Angeles. It’s less crowded than Runyon Canyon and great to do with a friend or your family and your morning coffee.

Studio City has so much to offer that you’ll settle in quickly and not want to leave.
